Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

These terms set out the basis on which you may use gpavora.com (the "Site"). Using it means accepting them; if you do not accept them, do not use the Site.

GpaVora does one thing — as a GPA calculator it computes weighted and cumulative grade point averages on both the 4.0 and 5.0 scales from a course list. It multiplies each course grade by its credit weight, sums the products and divides by the total credits, which is why a heavily weighted course moves the average further than a light one. What follows concerns only that tool and the inputs involved in it.

In day-to-day use the tool works only from your course names, credits and grades, and it is usually opened for things like checking a term GPA before a transcript is issued. None of that reaches us, so none of it can be stored.

What the Site is

What gpavora.com offers is a GPA calculator, free of charge and for general information. Results are estimates generated from your input by the method the page describes. These results are for general information and convenience; where a decision carries weight, check them separately.

No advice relationship

Browsing or using gpavora.com does not create a professional relationship, an advisory duty or any obligation on our part towards you.

Third-party content and advertising

Ads, served by outside networks, keep the Site free, and some pages link to third-party resources. We neither control nor vouch for external content. No advert affects any result.

Changes and downtime

The Site is provided "as is". We may change, suspend or remove any tool or page at any time and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Limits on our liability

So far as the law allows, we accept no liability for indirect or consequential losses, nor for any choice made in reliance on an output from the Site.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of the Site, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

When accuracy matters

These tools give a quick general answer. For anything with consequences, verify the result independently before you rely on it.

Errors and completeness

Correctness is a goal, not a warranty: results may contain errors and the content may lag changes in the field. Where the underlying method has a margin of error, read the output accordingly.

What you may and may not do

The Site is available for your own personal or business use. Do not attack, overload, or scrape it to the point of harming other users, do not pass it off as your own work, and do not use it for anything illegal.

Intellectual property

The design, wording and code are ours or used under license unless credited otherwise. Linking is encouraged; reproducing large sections needs written permission.
