GpaVora does one thing — as a GPA calculator it computes weighted and cumulative grade point averages on both the 4.0 and 5.0 scales from a course list. It multiplies each course grade by its credit weight, sums the products and divides by the total credits, which is why a heavily weighted course moves the average further than a light one. What follows concerns only that tool and the inputs involved in it.

In day-to-day use the tool works only from your course names, credits and grades, and it is usually opened for things like checking a term GPA before a transcript is issued. None of that reaches us, so none of it can be stored.

For information, not advice

Nothing on gpavora.com is professional advice. What GpaVora produces is an estimate of a calculation rather than a measured fact, published for general information and education.

A quick answer, not a final one

GpaVora is a convenience tool that returns a fast, general answer. Where the outcome carries weight — a figure you will build from, submit or pay — confirm it by other means first.

No warranty of any kind

For GpaVora specifically, the operative assumption is that your input fits the case the tool is built for. It multiplies each course grade by its credit weight, sums the products and divides by the total credits, which is why a heavily weighted course moves the average further than a light one. Outside that — and wherever rounding, unit handling or browser behavior intrudes — the Site offers no warranty of any kind; we take care over the method, but the result is what it is.

How the site is funded

Adverts pay for the Site and nothing more. They cannot influence a result, and an ad appearing here is not a recommendation.

Before you act on a result

Before you act on any figure from this site, confirm it fits your circumstances. If you spot something wrong, use the contact page — we would rather correct it than defend it.
